Main Structure & Working Flow
This 8-20 ton/h dry mortar mixing plant consists of core components including bucket elevator, dual-axis gravity-free mixer, pulse jet bag house, buffer hopper, valve bag filling machine, air compressor and electrical control system. The whole production flow is smooth and continuous, with no material accumulation:
Raw materials (dry sand, cement, gypsum, calcium carbonate, additives, etc.) are manually weighed and fed into the bucket elevator, lifted vertically to the mixer; after full uniform mixing, finished materials flow into the buffer hopper below the mixer, and then enter the valve bag fillers for quantitative packaging. The whole process realizes closed conveying and dust-free operation, with stable and efficient production.
Important Recommendation: Limited by manual raw material dosing speed, we recommend choosing mixer models within 4m³ for this compact dry mortar mixing plant, to
FAQ
Concrete, on the other hand, is a strong and durable material that hardens over time, achieving a stone-like consistency. Due to its high strength and versatility, concrete is widely used in load-bearing structures.
