Working Principle of Mobile 4 In 1 Crushing And Screening Plant
The vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, secondary crusher (cone crusher or impact crusher), vibrating screen, and belt conveyors are integrated in the same mobile chassis. The raw material will be fed into the vibrating feeder by an excavator or wheel loader, and then it is fed into the jaw crusher evenly and continuously. After crushed by jaw crusher, the material will be discharged into a belt conveyor and then transported to the vibrating screen. The oversize stone will be fed into the cone crusher directly from the vibrating screen. The aggregate and sand will be divided into different sizes as requested.
