Project Background

The client aimed to produce high-quality cement to support various construction projects across the country. To achieve this, they required a reliable and efficient cement clinker grinding system capable of delivering consistent performance and superior product quality.

Equipment Selection and Supply

After thorough technical discussions and analysis of the client's requirements, our company recommended the vertical roller mill. This equipment offers several advantages, including high efficiency, energy savings, compact footprint, and ease of operation and maintenance. The supplied equipment package included:

  • Vertical Roller Mill Main Unit

Production Process Flow

  1. Crushing Stage: Large pieces of cement clinker are crushed by the crusher to the feed fineness (15mm-50mm) suitable for the mill.
  2. Milling Stage: The crushed cement clinker is conveyed to the raw material silo via a bucket elevator, then uniformly fed into the vertical roller mill for grinding through a quantitative feeder.
  3. Grading Stage: The ground material is classified by the powder separator; unqualified coarse powder is returned to the mill for regrinding, while qualified fine powder proceeds to the next process.
  4. Collection Stage: The qualified cement powder is collected by the high-efficiency dust collection system, stored in the finished product silo, and finally packaged or dispatched in bulk.

Project Outcomes

Following the installation and commissioning of the equipment, the system has been operating stably, achieving the expected production capacity and product quality. The produced cement's specific surface area reaches over 330㎡/kg, meeting the standards for high-performance concrete and being widely applied in local infrastructure projects.
