
Supplying Durable Scaffolding Systems to Germany
HAMAC recently delivered a customized scaffolding solution to a German contractor engaged in a large infrastructure project involving bridge rehabilitation and roadway expansion. The client needed a system that could withstand continuous use under high loads while providing quick and safe assembly.
Our steel scaffolding was selected for its excellent structural performance, corrosion resistance, and modular design, which allowed the construction team to adapt configurations depending on the specific task. The system performed exceptionally well even under challenging environmental conditions including rain and freezing temperatures.
The load-bearing capacity of our scaffolding systems was a key factor in their selection. They were used to support formwork during concrete pouring, access for inspection, and installation of heavy equipment on elevated sections of bridges and road infrastructure.

Shipping and Support for Seamless Integration
The shipment consisted of several containers with standardized packaging and clear labeling for rapid on-site sorting. To reduce the time needed for deployment, we arranged remote training sessions via video conference and provided animated assembly guidance.
Our logistics team worked closely with the client to ensure all documentation was for customs clearance. The delivery arrived on schedule, enabling the contractor to avoid any costly delays to the critical infrastructure timeline.
Operational Advantages and Worker Feedback
Workers reported high levels of confidence while operating on our scaffolding platforms. Key features such as safety guardrails, anti-slip steel decks, and self-locking vertical frames improved both safety and productivity. The adjustable base jacks provided a solid foundation even on uneven terrain.
The modular nature of the scaffolding made it possible to reconfigure structures quickly, supporting simultaneous work at multiple site locations. After a three-month evaluation period, the client reported no structural deformation, rusting, or fatigue damage.
