On January, 2024, the client signed a contract with HAMAC for a mobile concrete batching plant. The entire concrete batch plant was completed by HAMAC from design, and concrete equipment manufacturing to the erection and commissioning. The mixer is a key part of a concrete batching plant. For this project, HAMAC provides a JS2000 twin shaft concrete mixer to our client. It has the widest range of applications and is mainly suitable for mixing dry hard concrete, plastic concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete and mortar.

The advantages of the twin shaft concrete mixer are:

• 1.It is equipped with special electric lubricating oil pump, adopting four independent pump cores for direct lubrication to the four axle heads respectively.

• 2.Double insurance of safety switch and emergency stop switch.

• 3.It has a small footprint, easy to transport and install.

• 4.New type shaft and sealing performance, with a long service life.

The mixing process of the Kyrgyzstan's mobile concrete batching plant

This mobile concrete batch plant is specially customized according to the actual situation of the customers. The following are the detailed production processes of this project:

1. 1.Raw materials weighing system

   The control system activates the weighing system and accurately weighs the required amount of aggregates, cement, water, and additives according to the mix design specifications.

2. 2.Raw materials conveying system

   The aggregates are transported from the storage silo to the mixer by the means of a conveyor belt. Cement is conveyed from the silo to the mixer via screw conveyor. The water and additives are also transported to the mix unit their own conveying systems.

3. 3.Mixing system

   Weighed materials are fed into a twin shaft concrete mixer. The mixer thoroughly mixes the aggregates, cement, water, and additives to form a homogeneous concrete mixture.

4. 4.Discharging system

   Upon completion of the mixing process, ready-mixed concrete is unloaded from the twin shaft concrete mixer into the trucks or directly into molds, depending on project requirements.

The installation and training of the concrete batching project

Before the equipment was delivered, we connected the customer remotely and conducted the trial operation of the equipment. The customer was very satisfied with the production capacity of the equipment.

To ensure the proper operation of the project, the operator must be familiar with the working principle, structure, performance and process requirements of the equipment, master operation and maintenance techniques, and learn troubleshooting methods. Therefore, HAMAC Machinery also provided workers’ training courses for Kyrgyzstan client.
